The trial is a key step for her day to go the way she imagines it. We work on makeup and hair, and it is the moment to connect with her artist and share every idea. Together we build a look that reflects who she is, so that on the day there is no doubt and no stress.

We come to you, in Bogotá and the surrounding area. Travel is charged separately, and here is why.

We bring the whole kit

High-end products, delicate tools and equipment that needs special care, plus the time there and back and the logistics that come with it.

Travel has a cost

Transport, tolls where they apply, travel time, loading and unloading, and sometimes parking or long waits.

Comfort for you

You stay put and relaxed in your own space, ready to be looked after. That comfort has a value compared with a studio service.

We protect the materials

Outside the studio we take on the risk of damage, loss or theft, and part of the fee covers that exposure.

Frequently asked questions

Who will do my makeup?

Paula Rojas or an artist from her team. Every Etérea artist was selected, trained and mentored directly under her standards, with the same skin protocol and the same products. If you would like it to be Paula, tell us when you book and we will confirm her availability.

How do I book my date?

With a deposit of 20% of the total, for every service. The date and time are only held once the deposit is paid; it is part of the service and non-refundable. The balance is paid as soon as the service is finished.

What if I cancel or change the date?

If you cancel 15 calendar days or more in advance, the deposit can be used within the next 3 months for another service or a self-makeup course at the studio. With less than 15 days, it is lost. Date or time changes must be requested at least 10 days ahead and depend on the team’s availability.

When should I do the trial?

No more than two months before the event and no less than 15 to 20 days before.

How long does the makeup last?

Up to 12 hours or more: the skin is prepared and proofed to hold up through tears, hugs and dancing. It lasts as long as you look after it, though: avoid touching your face and nose with your hands or tissues, because repeated rubbing wears it down.

How far ahead do I confirm my companions?

At least one month before the event, so the team of artists can be available.

Do you come to the venue?

Yes, in Bogotá and the surrounding area. Travel is charged according to the location (at the studio it is COP $0). On site we need a large table, a comfortable chair, good light, ventilation and a power outlet nearby; and let us know beforehand whether there is parking.

Where is the studio?

It is a private studio in Chapinero Alto, Bogotá. The exact address is shared when your appointment is confirmed.
