Booking, changes and cancellation policies

1. Booking your appointment

Your date and time are only reserved once the deposit has been paid. To book, you pay 20% of the total price of the service.

The deposit is part of the total price and guarantees that the team is available exclusively for you on the date and time you chose.

2. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, that slot is blocked in our calendar and we stop accepting other services for that date and time.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel 15 calendar days or more in advance, you can use the amount of your deposit within the following 3 months for:

• another makeup and/or hair service, or
• a personal makeup class at the studio.

If you cancel less than 15 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited and cannot be reused.

4. Changing the date, time or place

Date changes must be requested at least 10 calendar days in advance. Changes of time or place, at least 5 business days in advance. Any rescheduling depends on the team's availability.

If the new date or time is not available, your original booking stands. If you decide not to attend, the cancellation policy applies.

5. Punctuality

Services at the studio

We wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you arrive later than that and there are other services scheduled, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit is not refunded.

If the schedule allows us to go ahead with the service, an additional charge of COP $30,000 applies for the waiting time and for rearranging the schedule.

On-location services

When the team arrives, you should be ready to start the service.

If the delay is longer than 30 minutes, an additional charge of COP $30,000 applies for the waiting time. If the delay affects the services scheduled after yours, the team may cancel the service and the cancellation policy applies.

Bridal services

On the wedding day the schedule is set in the contract. If the bride or her party run late, a surcharge of COP $80,000 applies for each additional hour, payable before the service ends.

6. Our punctuality

Our team commits to keeping the agreed times.

If, for reasons attributable to the studio, the assigned artist arrives more than 30 minutes late, we take COP $30,000 off the price of the service.

This does not apply in cases of force majeure, such as accidents, road closures, natural disasters or other situations beyond the studio’s control.

7. Paying for the service

The 20% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is paid as soon as the makeup and/or hair service is finished, without exception.

8. On-location services

Let us know ahead of time whether the venue has parking. We also need a suitable space to work in:

• a large table,
• a comfortable chair,
• good lighting and ventilation,
• a power outlet nearby.

9. Changes to the service

Any change to the number of people, the services booked or the location must be requested in advance. It depends on the team’s availability and on the corresponding adjustments to the quote.
