With a deposit of 20% of the total, for every service. The date and time are only held once the deposit is paid; it is part of the service and non-refundable. The balance is paid as soon as the service is finished.

If you cancel 15 calendar days or more in advance, the deposit can be used within the next 3 months for another service or a self-makeup course at the studio. With less than 15 days, it is lost. Date or time changes must be requested at least 10 days ahead and depend on the team’s availability.

Up to 12 hours or more: the skin is prepared and proofed to hold up through tears, hugs and dancing. It lasts as long as you look after it, though: avoid touching your face and nose with your hands or tissues, because repeated rubbing wears it down.

At least one month before the event, so the team of artists can be available.

Yes, in Bogotá and the surrounding area. Travel is charged according to the location (at the studio it is COP $0). On site we need a large table, a comfortable chair, good light, ventilation and a power outlet nearby; and let us know beforehand whether there is parking.
